Junior Accountancy Software Support Consultant Central London Salary according to skills and experience
We require a Software Support consultant, to specialise in accountancy software. You will support a prestigious list of clients predominantly via email and telephone, and will progress to onsite support visits. The successful candidate will essentially have good experience of installing and updating software, have excellent SQL skills, Access*SQL database knowledge and ideally come from an accounting background in that you understand accounting practices, with exposes or knowledge of accounting software i.e. Access Accounting, Sage, Pegasus or Exchequer. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team are crucial. This is a great opportunity to become an application specialist and a good step into areas such as sales, senior support or training in the future.
